Classification of graphene

3. The highest carrier mobility

4. Best thermal conductivity
Graphene is the material with the highest known thermal conductivity, with a theoretical thermal conductivity of 5300 W/mK, which is the best material for conducting heat at room temperature.
5. High light transmission
Single-layer graphene has a light absorption rate of only 2.3% and is effective at any wavelength, breaking the limitation that the absorption bands of currently used semiconductor compounds such as gallium arsenide are only at the visible and near infrared ends.
6. Large specific surface area
Graphene has a large specific surface area of 2630 ㎡/g, which can be used as a strong adsorbent and filtration material, applied in environmental protection, seawater desalination and other fields, and can also act as an energy storage material load.

Battery applications
